Excellent Introduction to Needs Assessments for Librarians or Library Science Students

A great guide for beginners on how to conduct a needs assessment. This resource was a tremendous help when I created my first needs assessment. It contains lots of great advice and explains the basics of a needs assessment. I highly recommend this book for any new librarian or library science student.
