About the Author
Trudie Maria Booth is a lecturer in French at the University of Portland. She has been teaching French language, literature and culture courses for more than thirty years. Her previous publications with U.P.A. include French Phonetics, A Guide to Correct Pronunciation of French, French Prepositions and French Verbs and Idioms.

No answer key for the excercises, but available from the author

I like this book and it's helped me a lot with my French studies. But why on earth would you not include an answer key or at least make them available online? It's nice that there are so many practice exercises, but it's kinda tough not being able to check your work. However, I contacted the author and she provided the answer key to me the very next day, so I've bumped my review up to 5 stars, because it really is an excellent reference.
It is very complete, and well organized reference and the explanations are easy to understand. It flows nicely along with my college French course and I highly recommend it.

I was gifted this book by one of my friends who was visiting India from US. It has all the grammar ingredients necessary to learn a language. I was pleased with the fine nuances the author has taken care of while writing the book. The exercises are of great help in learning the structure. I have thoroughly enjoyed her book "French Verbs and Tenses" in the Practice Makes Perfect French series which is available in India.
I would also like to gain the answer key to the the exercises given in the Grammar book. I would like to request if anyone can mail it to me at kulinmakwana@yahoo.co.in, it would be of great help. Thanks in advance.

My professor is actually the author of this book. She is an extremely delightful woman and her personality comes through in this book on grammar. It has been a great tool for learning French!
